Mandatory Documentation To claim the prize, winners must submit the following within 15 days of the event Valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) for age verification. PAN Card (mandatory as per Indian tax regulations). Bank Account Details (account number, IFSC code, and bank name). Non-transferable Prize entitlements are strictly non-transferable. Only the registered runner who has completed the race in accordance with rules will be eligible. Cash Prize Disbursement All cash prizes will be processed and disbursed within 60 days from the race date. Payments will be made via bank transfer only; no cash or cheque disbursement. Cash Prize Disbursement The Organizers reserve the right to verify age and identity before confirming results. Failure to provide accurate documents within the stipulated period will lead to forfeiture of the prize. All prize money will be subject to applicable taxes as per Government regulations.
